The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the billing operations functions, ensuring the accuracy of billing information, and providing exceptional customer service to Kaseya customers. This role involves coordinating with other departments to streamline billing processes, preparing and sending invoices, and resolving any billing-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the billing operations functions.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of billing information.
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline billing processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Kaseya customers by answering billing-related questions and resolving issues.
  • Maintain and update billing records and documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of billing policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze billing trends to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in billing operations, customer service, and financial management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in billing software and financial management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and external partners.
