**About the Role** We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to support Sales hiring for our Uber for Business (U4B) team across the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll partner with senior sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to build high-performing commercial teams and deliver tailored recruiting strategies that support growth in key markets. With clients ranging from global enterprise corporations to fast-growing startups, U4B brings the best of Uber to the business world—simplifying operations and delivering exceptional service at scale. **What You'll Do** 1. Partner with hiring managers to navigate complex hiring needs, balancing competing priorities with thoughtful, business-aligned solutions 2. Analyze data using established dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and providing meaningful insights 3. Translate recruiting metrics into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders 4. Use market intelligence to identify bottlenecks and influence candidate decision-making 5. Align recruiting efforts with interdependent teams (e.g., Compensation, Mobility, Immigration) to ensure a seamless hiring experience 6. Continuously evaluate and optimize the assessment and interview process to reduce friction and increase quality of hire 7. Leverage talent mapping and market data to design customized sourcing and pipeline strategies **Basic Qualifications** 1. 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment 2. Proven success hiring B2B sales or commercial roles, especially in high-growth businesses 3. Comfortable working with recruiting data and KPIs to track progress, drive decisions, and communicate impact 4. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, challenge, and influence senior leaders to align hiring strategies with business goals 5. Experience using recruiting data and insights to guide hiring strategies **Preferred Qualifications** 1.
