Team mission: 

You pass on to visitors your knowledge of Versailles, life at the Court and French history.  You arouse their interest and make them want to know more. You create a memorable experience thanks to your passion and the interactivity of your visits. 

Responsibilities: 

• Greet and welcome customers to the tour 
• Escort groups (from our agency in Paris or in Versailles)
• Answer visitor’s questions and give them sightseeing advice
• Ensure the organization, efficiency and safety of the visit 
• Manage the equipment for the tours (headsets..) and the admission tickets 

Your profile:  

Holder of the French official guide card

• Solid knowledge of art/history/monuments
• Good verbal skills, French and English are required
• Enthusiastic, tactful and friendly 
• Ability to adapt to all types of groups
• Ability to remain calm in any situation
• Ability to manage time and respect the duration of the visit 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Mission : 

Vous transmettez aux visiteurs vos connaissances sur Versailles, la vie à la Cour et l’histoire de France. Vous suscitez leur intérêt et leur donnez envie d’en savoir davantage. Vous créez ainsi une expérience mémorable grâce à votre passion et à l'interactivité de vos visites. 

Responsabilités : 

• Accueillir vos clients 
• Accompagner des groupes (depuis notre agence à Paris ou à Versailles)
• Répondre aux questions des visiteurs et leur donner des conseils touristiques
• Assurer l'organisation, l'efficacité et la sécurité de la visite 
• Gérer le matériel (micro, casques etc) et les billets d'entrée 

Votre profil :  

Titulaire de la carte française de guide 

• Connaissances solides en art/histoire/monuments
• Expérience d'au moins 6 mois requise en tant que guide à Versailles (château et jardins) 
• Bonne capacité d’expression orale et maîtrise obligatoire de l’anglais (l’allemand est un plus) 
• Faculté d’adaptation à tous types de groupes
• Capable de rester calme dans toute situation
• Savoir gérer son temps et respecter la durée de visite 
• Capable de travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
