本ポジション「Customer Onboarding Specialist (導入支援コンサルタント)」は、急拡大する日本市場においてHubSpotをご契約いただいた顧客に対し、導入支援・コンサルティングを行うポジションです。
導入支援担当者はカスタマーサクセスチームの中で最初に顧客との接点を持ちます。期間中にTime to value(顧客がサービスを利用してから価値を実感するまでにかかる時間)を縮めることは、その後の顧客の成功を左右し、サブスクリプションビジネスにおいて大きな役割を担います。
高い評価を誇るプロダクトの構築・初期の運用に携わるため、製品知識のみならずコミュニケーション力を培うことができます。今後の日本のマーケティング・セールス・カスタマーサービス/サクセス領域の変化にワクワクする人、顧客の成功はもちろん、本領域における自身の成長にコミットできる仲間を探しています。

If you are joining our Engineering team in a full-time role, you will be required to attend a regional HubSpot office for in-person onboarding.
