Job Description 

• Manage internal and external communication channels (eg. EDM, whatsapp, tablet message.etc.)
• Design and execute B2B communication and content 
• Administrate B2B digital platform to manage user accounts, products, ads and publication content control
• Maintain internal and external training materials on our platform
• Arrange new joiner training schedule and arrangement
• Daily operational support 
• Executing and maintaining Data Hygiene & Compliance Adherence
• Handle other administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• University graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong spreadsheet skills preferred (excel / google sheets)
• Experience in data visualisation, automation, CRM tools is preferred (Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ Looker / Zapier / Slack / Advanced spreadsheets)
• Must possess exceptional writing skills and be able to compose engaging and accurate content
• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in AI (Adobe Illustrator), AE (After Effect), PS (Photoshop) is desired
• Positive and can-do working attitude
• A team-player with the ability to work independently under pressure with tight schedule and a fast-paced environment
• Resourceful, well organised and good problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
