The role
As the restaurant marketing associate, you will be part of the marketing team reporting to the Restaurant marketing manager. You will assist in planning and execution of annual restaurant marketing plans to drive customer value perception and incremental customers and orders.
This role is based in our Brussels office.
Key responsibilities
Campaign planning: you build and implement and maintain a framework for promotions that ensures that we can develop campaigns effectively and efficiently for our grocery and SMB (small/medium businesses) segments.
Cross team collaboration: you work closely with the various account managers to build and maintain good relationships with our partners. You will be the bridge between the sales team and the marketing teams, implementing and optimising processes and communication to run a smooth long-term collaboration.
Front line marketing execution: Create, push live and track in-app banner communications, creating presentations for the commercial team, pushing live on different tools promotion campaigns, liaising with the CRM manager to confirm restaurants selection in newsletters/ push notifications...
Analytical mindset: you evaluate campaigns using both internal and external data in order to improve the effectiveness of campaigns
Consumer obsessed: you become the expert in the field of our restaurants and you continuously identify new opportunities that have a positive effect on our results. You work with product leads and channel leads (for example CRM) to find out which functionalities we should make available for our restaurants.
