Associate Vendor Manager
The Associate Vendor Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, ensuring optimal performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement in vendor operations. Key duties include daily vendor management, performance monitoring, and implementation of vendor-related initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze vendor performance metrics (fill rate, delivery adherence, quality). Drive vendor compliance to established processes and guidelines. Resolve vendor queries and operational issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve vendor operations. Maintain accurate vendor documentation and data. Support vendor onboarding and training initiatives. Identify and implement process improvements for vendor management. Regular reporting and analysis of vendor performance trends
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in vendor management or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
Experience with vendor management systems preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

-Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
3. 2+ years of professional experience in vendor management, account management, business operations, or related roles.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishPreferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Experience in e-commerce or retail industry
Prior experience working with vendor management systems or ERP platforms
Understanding of marketplace dynamics and vendor relationship management
Multi-lingual proficiency (regional languages a plus)
Experience in stakeholder management across multiple business functions
