The MMEP team is seeking an experienced program manager to join the Program Implementation team to support the middle mile logistics network in Europe! Our program managers are key players in delivering end-to-end solutions to our logistics network, thinking about the bigger picture, influencing key business decisions and pioneering new ways of thinking. In this role you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization, scoping new solutions and making a big impact on some of the most exciting ideas that are shaping the future of Amazon.
This role calls for a confident professional who combines strong project management experience with excellent interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate can build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders across all organizational levels through their structured approach and effective communication style.

A day in the life
As a Senior Program Manager, you'll play a key role in improving our middle mile network through smart, data-driven solutions. A typical day will see you moving between different parts of the business - from meeting with senior leaders to plan new projects, to visiting our sites to check on progress and work with local teams. You'll spend time looking at data to spot ways we can work better, coming up with creative fixes to problems, and bringing people together to make things happen. Whether you're managing day-to-day project challenges or thinking about long-term improvements, your work will directly help shape how we deliver for our customers.

Our team of talented program managers leads projects that strengthen and expand our sorting and delivery capabilities. As our network grows and customer demands evolve, we continuously innovate to improve our infrastructure, enhance customer experience, and expand our operations. We're at the forefront of developing solutions that will shape the future of Amazon's middle mile logistics.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, operations, logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Experience managing complex projects
- Strong track record of stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and project management software
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and present data-driven insights to various audiences
- Proven experience delivering results under tight deadlines
- Excellent multitasking abilities with a history of managing concurrent projects effectively
- Advanced proficiency in English and local language- Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale projects from concept to completion
- Previous experience in Transport, Distribution, or Logistics industry
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Germany, French, Polish, Arabic, Turkish, Afrikaans and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications
