YOUR MISSION

You'll be responsible for creating and executing strategies that enhance the organization's external employer brand and attract top talent across critical roles and locations, as well as managing our Early Careers Program which aims to attract our future leaders from Europe's top universities. As part of this role, you will be setting the strategy for talent marketing analytics, creating targeted engagement initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging. 

 

THE JOURNEY

  • Set the strategy for talent marketing analytics and channels (brand favorability, impressions, campaign engagement rates, month-over-month followers, and many more), and make data-driven decisions to build the top of our recruiting funnel proactively. 
  • Lead our Early careers/graduate hiring strategy, ensuring we attract the best talent for Glovo, hiring our future leaders. 
  • Define key talent segments across all international locations (23 countries) and HQ scopes (Technology, Business, Executive)  and create/execute targeted messaging and engagement strategies to attract high-quality, difficult-to-find, and diverse talent to Glovo.
  • Build and engage with talent pools, especially in low talent density markets reducing our Time to Fill when we open roles in these locations 
  • Collaborate closely with the Internal Communications team to craft essential messages and campaigns that help us draw in top talent who resonate with our organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with universities to establish partnerships and strengthen the organization's presence in academic communities.
  • Work alongside our Talent teams to articulate our vision for Employer Brand, Talent Marketing and early careers. 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 5+ years experience in marketing / employer branding in an agency and/or for an international brand
  • Experience with leading complex projects across multiple geographies
  • Marketing and branding expertise: knowledge of branding and marketing principles, as well as experience creating compelling messaging and storytelling.
  • Data analysis and measurement: the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure the impact of employer brand initiatives and inform decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You are an example of effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • A demonstrated track record of successful branding/marketing initiatives
