Nebius owns a data center in Finland, built from the ground up by the company’s R&D team. We are expanding our infrastructure and plan to add new colocation data centers in Europe and North America already this year, and to build several greenfield DCs in the near future.

Our Finnish data center is home to ISEG, the most powerful commercially available supercomputer in Europe and the 19th most powerful globally (Top 500 list, June 2024). It also epitomizes our commitment to sustainability, with energy efficiency levels significantly above the global average and an innovative system that recovers waste heat to warm 2,000 residential buildings in the nearby town of Mäntsälä.

The role

We’re looking for Admin Specialist for our data center (DC) office.

This role includes various tasks in office management, from general clerk tasks to invoice handling and procurement assisting tasks.

You’re welcome to work in our data center in Mantsala, Finland.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Basic office daily tasks: receiving mail and DC phone transfer.
  • Ordering supplies for the office & coffee point; sometimes event organization tasks.
  • Handling incoming invoices and keeping track of payments and document flow.
  • In case of problems, contacting vendors/contractors and possibly authorities.
  • Assisting management and the DC team where needed; cooperating with other teams on accounting and document control.

We expect you to have: 

  • Experience with related tasks.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
  • Fluent in English and Finnish (at least B2 level).
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Problem-solving skills, stress tolerance in hectic situations, and not being afraid to learn new things.
