Nebius owns a data center in Finland, built from the ground up by the company’s R&D team. We are expanding our infrastructure and plan to add new colocation data centers in Europe and North America already this year, and to build several greenfield DCs in the near future.

Our Finnish data center is home to ISEG, the most powerful commercially available supercomputer in Europe and the 19th most powerful globally (Top 500 list, June 2024). It also epitomizes our commitment to sustainability, with energy efficiency levels significantly above the global average and an innovative system that recovers waste heat to warm 2,000 residential buildings in the nearby town of Mäntsälä.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to help streamline our sales processes, manage payments, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. If you’re detail-oriented, love working with data, numbers, and enjoy collaborating with others, this role is for you!
 
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Sales Documents:
  • Create and process sales-related documents such as contracts, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Ensure all documents are signed and properly stored.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to confirm the details and accuracy of documents.
Payment Monitoring:
  • Track client payments according to issued invoices.
  • Send reminders to clients about overdue or partial payments.
  • Prepare regular reports on payment statuses for internal teams.
Billing:
  • Set up client terms and conditions in the billing system.
  • Work with the billing team to resolve payment issues, refunds, and adjustments.
  • Ensure everything is correct and set up for clients’ accounts.
Working with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support and Finance to address client issues.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments for efficient problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with NetSuite and Jira.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, fast learner, and good at handling multiple tasks.
  • Conversational fluency English.
