Who We Are:
The Marketing team is responsible for catapulting Wayfair into the leading destination for all things home by building and evolving customer recognition and attachment to our brands, across all Wayfair stores, geographies, and our extended family of brands. This role is focused on finding, educating, & acquiring prospective business customers to our fastest growing consumer program, Wayfair Professional (B2B).
As a B2B Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Emerging Marketing platforms, including channels such as LinkedIn and Pinterest. Your goal will be to unleash the full potential of these platforms ensuring that every initiative propels our business KPIs forward with impressive efficiency.
In the immediate term, you'll dive into channel operations, fine-tuning ad budgets and ROAS targets, and enhancing our creative assets to captivate our audience. You’ll also conduct insightful investigations into recent performance trends, identifying key drivers of success and areas for improvement. Looking towards the future, you'll spearhead innovative testing strategies that align seamlessly with our overarching company objectives, setting the stage for sustained growth and impactful results on these new channels.
