As an Onboarding Specialist, you will work cross functionally with suppliers and our STO partners to efficiently onboard new suppliers onto the Wayfair platform. You will own a pipeline of suppliers in the process of joining Wayfair, with responsibility for ensuring onboarding success and speed. You will project manage them between internal teams and through our partner tool. You will nimbly navigate conversations with cross functional stakeholders leveraging data insights and internal tools knowledge to update process improvements. In addition to your onboarding work, a portion of your time will be spent working on strategic projects focused on driving efficacy and efficiency. Through a high level of thoughtful coordination, your goal is to increase the number of suppliers that live on Wayfair, enhance customer selection, and grow GRS in all new acquisitions.
Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, possesses strong communication skills, and is comfortable managing multiple cross-functional projects at once. You’ll strengthen your pitch and negotiation skills through direct conversations with suppliers, and by attending trade shows in hot spots like New York, Las Vegas, Chicago, and Orlando!
