Wayfair’s Technical Talent Acquisition team is a strategic partner to the business, focused on identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across software engineering, analytics, product, and data science domains. As the first touchpoint for candidates, we represent Wayfair’s values and brand. Internally, we collaborate with hiring managers as trusted advisors, offering insights into market trends, search strategy, and best-in-class recruitment practices. We’re a collaborative, data-driven team that values continuous learning and professional growth.

This is a hybrid in-office position based out of our Boston headquarters, with on-site work required Monday through Thursday.

This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers through consistent communication and proactive updates
  • Provide consultation and education on the recruitment lifecycle and best practices to cross-functional partners
  • Create a high-quality candidate experience through transparent, empathetic communication
  • Use data and market insights to diagnose challenges and adjust recruiting strategies
  • Maintain well-organized tracking and reporting in alignment with performance metrics

What You’ll Need

  • 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment
  • Experience recruiting in technical domains such as Software Engineering (preferred), Data Science, Analytics, or Product Management
  • Strong grasp of recruiting fundamentals including sourcing strategies, negotiation, and candidate experience best practices
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple demands
  • Comfort working in a data-driven environment with the ability to use metrics for strategic decision-making
  • A collaborative mindset and professional communication skills
