Microsoft’s newly formed Office of Strategy and Transformation (OS&T) is looking for a communications professional to lead executive communications for the OS&T leadership team. The Director, Communications will act as a trusted advisor to both the EVP, their Leadership Team, collectively driving thought leadership, curating insights and generating storytelling that will help to shape Microsoft’s journey to becoming a Frontier Firm.
The Director, Communications, reporting to the Chief of Staff, is responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and partners to create, plan, and implement effective communications vehicles designed to support our strategic imperatives. This leader will be involved in numerous stages of communications initiatives—from concept formulation and message development to execution for both internal and external audiences. They will collaborate on the development of thought leadership pieces and content-focused communications.
