Marketing Associate - Experienced Graduates (Spring 2025 Starts)

Be part of driving the growth of Wayfair’s brand! We are hiring for a position for our Brand Marketing team. 

As an Associate in Events for Wayfair Professional, you will support the planning and execution of impactful events that enhance our brand presence. You will assist in building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, including vendors and sponsors. Your responsibilities will include helping to coordinate logistics for various events such as trade shows and conferences, as well as contributing to the overall events marketing strategy.

What You’ll Need: 

Basic Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of professional transferrable experience in a corporate environment, including internship and co-op experience
• You must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future

• Strong verbal and written skills including distilling data into compelling, insight-led presentations
• Superb project management skills including the ability to work on multiple projects at once

• A deep understanding of and curiosity about consumer behavior and trends

• An ownership mindset with the ability to streamline processes and thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment with a “get stuff done” attitude

An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy:

All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday.
