Ready to take ownership of Wayfair’s most high-profile events and influence how millions shop for their homes?

Join Wayfair as a Major Campaigns Lead and take the reins of our primary promotional campaigns across the UK and Ireland – from Black Friday to Way Day and everything in between. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, own strategy and execution, and bring your analytical firepower to drive performance across both B2C and B2B platforms.

This role isn’t just about managing campaigns – it’s about transforming them. You'll steer the roadmap, improve the customer experience, and elevate promotional strategy for one of Europe’s fastest-growing eCommerce giants. If you thrive in a data-rich, fast-paced, and collaborative environment – this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and continuous optimisation of Wayfair’s major European campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Way Day) across UK and Ireland

  • Oversee campaign delivery across all touchpoints including product curation, marketing channel alignment, pricing, and tooling enhancements

  • Manage and mentor a small team of junior Associates to deliver high-impact campaigns on a bi-weekly basis

  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Data Science, and Tech teams to align campaign planning with overarching business objectives

  • Collaborate with North American counterparts to share learnings, iterate on best practices, and elevate global campaign standards

  • Influence the broader Promotional Calendar and shape the long-term strategy for EU campaigns

  • Drive post-campaign reporting and analytics, using insights to refine customer experience, supplier engagement, and campaign performance

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a quantitative discipline and/or qualified by experience

  • Demonstrable experience in analytical, strategic, or commercial roles – ideally within digital marketing, consulting, tech, eCommerce, or finance

  • A natural project manager – organised, detail-oriented, and adept at cross-functional collaboration

  • Strong commercial instincts and business acumen – you understand KPIs and how to influence them

  • Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English

  • Ownership mindset – a self-starter with a “bias for action” and a passion for quality

  • Customer-centric thinker with a proven ability to improve processes and deliver measurable impact

  • Highly analytical – comfortable working with data to generate insights and make strategic decisions

  • Familiarity with SQL, Google BigQuery, or similar data tools is a strong advantage
