The Global Partner Support Integration team is a critical part of Wayfair’s supplier integration strategies, focusing on enhancing the supply chain technology that powers the Wayfair e-commerce experience. The team collaborates with external and internal stakeholders to execute a strategic vision of delivering best-in-class integration solutions for Wayfair’s expansive supplier network.

As a Supplier Integration Specialist you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth electronic data interchange (EDI) and API integrations between Wayfair and its 20,000+ suppliers, supporting $10 billion in revenue. By troubleshooting technical issues, improving data quality, and providing training and support, you will enhance the supplier experience and optimize operational efficiency. Additionally, you will drive process improvements, implement innovative ideas, and foster collaboration across Wayfair's global network to ensure supplier success and seamless platform operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across the supplier base, ensuring stable EDI and API integrations while identifying root causes and implementing swift resolutions.
  • Enhance the supplier experience by providing training, creating user support materials, and enabling confident use of Wayfair tools.
  • Investigate and resolve multiple problems simultaneously using data analysis to inform sustainable, effective solutions.
  • Act as a key liaison between vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather feedback, facilitate communication, and propose process improvements.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant cross-functional teams, ensuring timely technical resolutions while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Drive process improvements by critically evaluating internal workflows, testing innovative ideas, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.

What You'll Have:

  • Essentially, verbal and written language fluency in English (C1) and Mandarin (B2 minimum). 
  • Demonstrable experience operating within an Account Manager and/or Support Service function.
  • Knowledge and understanding of an E-commerce, corporate retail, technology and or consultancy focused business.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and identify root cause problems enabling innovative sustainable resolutions to be implemented swiftly.
  • Excellent communication skills, someone who can translate complex problems and solutions in a clear and concise manner, quickly building strong and trusting stakeholder partnerships.
  • Proven experience in managing various projects, demonstrating the ability to oversee timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure successful project delivery
  • Strong IT navigation and application skills, with intermediate-level expertise in Excel, enabling effective handling of large datasets, identifying insights, and translating them into actionable business decisions.
  • Attention to detail and capability of managing multiple tasks while excelling in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

A strong technical background is not required for this position, though familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio) and exposure to/or understanding of programming languages (such as GBQ or SQL) will be considered advantageous.
