Who We Are
The Visual Media team at Wayfair oversees the production of thousands of images a month. These images help to inform and inspire customers that visit our site everyday. A key part of our production pipeline are the various quality checks we perform to maintain product accuracy and brand identity. The images we create today come from various pipelines from photography to photoreal 3D and AI.
We’re looking for an Imagery Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility for this role is to conduct daily reviews of imagery produced in our production pipelines. This requires learning Wayfair's quality guidelines for composition, lighting, style and product accuracy. We’re looking for someone with a good eye for detail and who can provide clear and actionable feedback when images need to be reworked to meet our strict guidelines. It will also be important for the person in this role to be able to identify issue trends and collaborate with team members to improve our production workflows. A background in a creative field such as photography/retouching, 3D graphics, graphic design or interior design is strongly preferred.
