The Opportunity:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the vision and strategy of our products, driving the development of scalable, high-impact solutions that elevate the supplier experience. Partnering closely with engineering, design, and business teams, you will lead the creation of innovative products that align with our mission and deliver significant value to both internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:
In this role, you will work closely with multiple teams and suppliers to deeply understand supplier needs and workflows. Your focus will be on delivering capabilities across supplier entities, catalog management, advertising, pricing, inventory, and order management. The supplier platform serves as a comprehensive ecosystem, offering essential accelerants for supplier business growth, including supplier ads, business insights, and data-driven recommendations.

Capability Definition:

• Define and prioritize capabilities that enable suppliers to onboard onto Wayfair’s platform.
• Create detailed requirements, user stories, and workflows to guide development teams.

Roadmap Ownership:

• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with business goals and supplier needs.
• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
• Work with supplier-facing teams to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new features.

Stakeholder Management: 

• Act as the primary point of contact between the product teams and key stakeholders across technology, business units, including leadership teams in the US and EU.
• Ensure alignment on product goals, priorities, and timelines.

Product Delivery: 

• Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, testing, and deployment. 
• Ensure successful, timely delivery of new features and enhancements that improve compliance and operational efficiency.

Performance Monitoring:

• Define, track, and report on key product success metrics (KPIs) related to your product areas
• Continuously iterate on solutions based on data and feedback.

Travel & International Collaboration: 

• Able to travel internationally to collaborate with teams, share updates, and drive key initiatives forward.

• Have 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional product teams with a total industry experience of ~12-15 years.
• Are known for your accountability, organization, and ability to drive outcomes.
• Excel at problem breakdown and guiding teams through structured decision-making.
• Have a strong background in testing and experimentation, using insights to shape roadmaps.
• Are data-driven, continuously monitoring KPIs and conducting analyses to inform decisions.
• Set a high bar for excellence, fostering growth and development in your team while earning their trust.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively, even when making tough prioritization calls.
• Take initiative to achieve meaningful goals for your team and organization.
• Have experience driving scalable enterprise tech solutions across cross-functional teams.
• Possess technical proficiency, with a solid understanding of software development, agile methodologies, and working with tech teams to build scalable solutions.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills, influencing stakeholders and managing complex projects in a cross-functional setting.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
