Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager with a strong background in data analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance Wayfair brand awareness, optimize social media marketing strategies, and organize impactful events. A passion for project management and experience in data-driven decision-making are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition.
• To create campaigns that align with brand objectives.

• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to engage target audiences.
• Analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.

• Coordinate and manage logistics for promotional events, trade shows, and webinars.
• Work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution and alignment with brand goals.
• Utilize data analysis tools to gather insights and inform project strategies.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for analysis insight to inform their decision-making.
• Balance multiple priorities, updating stakeholders on progress and expected delivery.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a marketing context.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin both spoken and written.
