WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Strategy Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Executive Committee and key business leaders in solving some of Optiver’s most challenging strategic questions.
• Coordinating and leading key business initiatives.
• Acting as a sounding board and sparring partner to business leaders; authoring and delivering recommendations to senior management.  

WHO YOU ARE
Optiver needs our Global Strategy Manager to be someone with:

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience, for example, at a leading tech firm, a financial institution, a top-tier consulting firm, or a private equity firm.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills; capable of thinking strategically while paying attention to detail.
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in performing data-driven analyses.
• Strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility.
• Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude to achieve results.
• Ability to quickly grasp new topics and make them their own.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convert complex issues into succinct insights.
