As the Enterprise Technology Engineering Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping and driving enterprise technology solutions that make a meaningful impact. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders, guiding strategy and execution across endpoint management, modern workplace technologies, and enterprise applications. Your leadership will foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring teams are supported and empowered to deliver their best work.
This role blends technical expertise with people leadership, focusing on team growth, process optimization, and the seamless performance of critical platforms like SCCM, Intune, M365, Atlassian, Zoom, and Slack.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Roadmap Execution: Partner with stakeholders to define a clear roadmap and oversee its delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical and operational guidance to the endpoint engineering, modern workplace, and enterprise applications teams
- Accountability and Delivery: Ensure high-quality execution of projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining performance across all managed platforms
- Service Optimization: Reduce BAU burdens by streamlining processes and leveraging automation to enable teams to focus on impactful project work
- Team Development: Mentor and develop junior team leads, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence
- Incident Management: Lead escalations for complex incidents, ensuring timely resolution and long-term prevention strategies
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to ensure seamless alignment between roadmap goals and technical delivery
WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced Leader: 8-10 years in IT operations, with 5+ years leading technical teams. Proven experience managing endpoints, SaaS platforms, and cloud infrastructure
- Results-Driven: Focused on delivering high-quality outcomes on time and driving continuous improvement
- Technical Mentor: Skilled in guiding teams through technical challenges and developing their leadership and delivery capabilities
- Collaborative Problem Solver: Strong interpersonal skills, adept at working with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Operational Optimizer: Experienced in improving processes to reduce operational overhead and enable teams to focus on impactful work
Technical Proficiency
- Endpoint Management: Advanced experience with Intune, SCCM, and VDI technologies
- SaaS Platforms: Proficient in managing M365, Atlassian Suite, Zoom, and Slack
- Automation: Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) to drive efficiency and consistency in infrastructure management
- Cloud & Virtual Infrastructure: Expertise in VMware, Microsoft virtualization technologies, and hybrid cloud environments
- ITSM & Incident Management: Familiarity with ITIL and service management practices, with a proven ability to resolve escalations effectively
