We’re looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide support to the Chief Revenue Officer. This is a great opportunity for a senior-level EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has extensive experience working cross-functionally with executives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who excels in managing complex schedules, has strong organizational skills, and demonstrates a high level of professionalism and discretion. This role an in-person role and will be expected to be on-site in Berkeley and SF.
Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Revenue Officer, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Partner cross-functionally with various teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Handle travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and manage travel logistics.
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for executive-level meetings.
Act as a liaison between the Chief Revenue Officer and internal teams, ensuring information flows effectively and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Assist with special projects, including event planning, team offsites, and cross-functional initiatives.
Have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Have experience working cross-functionally and partnering with executives across various departments.
Are highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Are proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the executive you support.
Thrive in a remote work environment, specifically in the PST timezone.
The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $125,000.00 to 155,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
