Role Description The Reporting Analyst supports the Talent and People Operations teams by delivering data-driven insights and reporting solutions to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. This role involves data collection, analysis, and visualization, ensuring that stakeholders have access to accurate, timely, and actionable insights. The Reporting Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable reporting frameworks that align with business needs, while continuously improving reporting processes and enhancing data quality. Key Job Responsibilities and Duties Assist in building dashboards, reports, and analytics to support Talent and People Operations in tracking performance, risks, and opportunities. Conduct data analysis to explore challenges or opportunities in People Operations and Talent functions.Support process improvements using a data-driven approach and contribute innovative ideas. Collaborate with stakeholders across Talent and People Operations to define and deliver meaningful reporting and KPIs.Deliver regular and ad hoc reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making.Maintain key reports, workflows, and data tracking processes related to People Operations. Communicate clearly and constructively with stakeholders to establish trust and collaboration. Ensure data quality and accuracy in all reporting deliverables. Work closely with the Analytics Manager, Team Lead, and stakeholders to collect and prepare data for analysis.Optimize existing reporting and support automation efforts to streamline data processes. Participate in team activities, including stand-ups, planning meetings, and retrospectives.Stay up to date with HR analytics trends and new reporting technologies. Demonstrate accountability for delivering accurate, timely, and reliable reports. Qualifications & Skills 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or HR analytics. Foundational knowledge of SQL and relational databases to query and extract data.Experience using Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, or other data visualization tools. Ability to translate data into clear, structured reports for stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Good stakeholder management skills to support decision-making using data. Comfortable working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a structured approach to presenting insights.Well-organized, adaptable, and proactive in managing reporting responsibilities. Why Join Us?
