About the Team:

 A new cross-functional team based out of Kuala Lumpur will revolutionize how we manage workflows. Your team will be responsible for helping us move from a workflow engine that is primarily focused on linear execution, to one that introduces non-linear execution capabilities.

About the role:

As a back-end C# developer, you’ll play a key role in transforming our workflow engine from linear to non-linear execution, enabling us to tackle complex use cases like case management. You’ll design and implement scalable, high-performance services, while collaborating on a new UI for enhanced workflows. This is a chance to work with cutting-edge technologies, solve challenging technical problems, and shape the future of workflow automation

Your contribution will be:

• Code with Purpose: You design and implement complex features with clean, efficient, and scalable code, acting as a primary resource for maintaining and enhancing critical systems.
• Technical Problem-Solver: You dive into the details, resolving challenges head-on and delivering practical, hands-on solutions that drive results.
• Team Knowledge Sharer: Beyond excelling in your technology stack, you embrace new tools quickly and share insights to uplift the team’s technical capabilities and productivity.
• Collaborative Coder: You actively participate in code reviews, offering actionable feedback and collaborating on technical approaches to deliver the best outcomes.
• Proactive Contributor: You’re deeply involved in daily team ceremonies, like stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and consistently provide updates and seek input when needed.
• Focused on Delivery: Known for getting things done, you balance writing quality code with the practicalities of shipping it efficiently, ensuring the team’s goals are met.
  
  

To be successful, we think you need: 

• Proven Experience: 4+ years in software engineering, with a strong track record of delivering clean, high-quality code.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in C#, React, and modern web technologies like Lit, HTML/CSS, and TypeScript.
• Effective Communicator: Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and lead impactful engineering conversations.
• Leadership in Code: Ability to guide technical discussions, drive decisions, and mentor peers when needed.
• Bonus Points: Experience with localization and internationalization projects is a significant plus
