About the role:

Our team is transforming how customers use data to create powerful low-code/no-code solutions on the Nintex platform. You’ll be at the forefront of building cloud services that power key aspects of the platform, including data fabric, events, integration systems, and runtime AI capabilities.We’re introducing a new capability to centralize connectors and enable more efficient and sophisticated data pipelines, which is a major step forward for Nintex. This new area is known as iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service)—and you’ll be a key player in shaping its future.

The most exciting part? iPaaS is where our Agentic AI automations come to life. These advanced AI-powered data pipelines are revolutionizing how we handle business process automation. You’ll be working on the cutting edge of Nintex’s runtime AI technology, enabling customers to build sophisticated AI pipelines and agents that take automation to the next level.

Your contribution will be: 

• Own the Testing Process – Design and execute end-to-end and integration tests independently.
• Streamline CI/CD – Build and maintain automation pipelines to ensure smooth deployments.
• Innovate with Mock Services – Write moderately complex test code to simulate services for testing.
• Root Cause Analysis – Diagnose defects quickly, enabling engineers to fix issues efficiently.
• Automate Beyond Functional Testing – Implement automation for performance, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate & Communicate – Work with engineers, stakeholders, and product teams to ensure quality at every step.
• Keep Learning & Coaching – Stay ahead with the latest testing trends while mentoring junior team members.

To be successful, we think you need: 

• 6+ years of experience in automation testing with a strong understanding of test automation principles.
• Expertise in API development and integration, including RESTful APIs, Gateways, and tools like Swagger/Open API for documentation.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium, Cypress.
• Experience with iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) or API management solutions (e.g., MuleSoft) and a strong understanding of iPaaS concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Node.js.
