In this role you will be a member of the Workday Services team deploying and supporting our Dayshape solution, this role will grow as we further deploy and expand our Workday & Dayshape integrated applications for both coverage geographically and capability. 

Reporting to the Workday PSA Support Lead this role is responsible for providing a world class level of technical and process knowledge to support issues as they arise and lead the solution development and deployment of enhancements enabling our users to drive more value from our Dayshape solution. 

The Enterprise Technology Specialist will be an essential member of the Workday Services team, dedicated to supporting and optimizing our AI resource management platform, Dayshape, which is heavily integrated with Workday. The purpose of this role is to ensure the seamless operation, integration, and user adoption of these systems to enhance our enterprise resource planning and management capabilities. 

What you'll be doing:

Platform Support and Maintenance: 

  • Provide expert technical support for the Dayshape platform, ensuring continuous operation and addressing issues promptly. 
  • Maintain and optimize the integration between Dayshape and Workday to ensure high performance and reliability. 
  • Regularly monitor system health and implement improvements or updates as necessary. 

Integration Management: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and troubleshoot the integration of Dayshape with Workday and other enterprise systems. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across platforms. 
  • Resolve any integration issues quickly to minimize disruption. 

User Training and Support: 

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users to maximize their utilization of Dayshape’s features. 
  • Create and maintain clear and detailed user documentation and guides. 
  • Provide ongoing support and address user inquiries to enhance their experience with the platform. 

Project Management: 

  • Lead and contribute to projects involving platform upgrades, new implementations, and system enhancements.
  • Develop project plans and adhere to timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to achieve project objectives. 

    Research and Development: 

    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and resource management technologies. 
    • Evaluate new tools and best practices to recommend innovative solutions for platform enhancement. 
    • Assist in conceptualizing and implementing AI-driven features and improvements within the Dayshape platform. 

What you'll need:

Experience: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise technology support, with a strong preference for experience with SaaS-based AI and resource management platforms. 
  • Proven track record of working with Dayshape and Workday integration is highly desirable. 

Technical Skills: 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and troubleshoot complex technical issues. 
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and enterprise system integrations. 
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is a plus. 
  • Domain Knowledge: 
  • Solid understanding of project resourcing and lifecycle from quote to billing. 
  • Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies. 
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Experience in providing training and support to end-users. 
  • Project Management: 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering quality results. 
  • Knowledge and application of IT service management frameworks like ITIL. 
  • Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Certifications in Dayshape, Workday, or other relevant technologies. 
  • Prior experience in a similar role within an enterprise environment is advantageous.
