Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management, client services or management consulting.
- Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects to customers. (e.g., cloud migrations or multi-cloud transformations across data warehousing and analytics, application development, or cybersecurity solutions).
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Certification in Project Management.
- Experience in collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver solutions.
- Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base.
- Experience in leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for selection-making and prioritization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and management skills, with a focus on translating complexity to non-specialist audiences.

As a Cloud Program Manager, you will specialize in the program management, governance and orchestration of cloud engagements. You will also support both our customers and internal teams delivery and execution of our largest programs. You will plan and execute the governance of cloud adoption, IT transformation or cloud migrations. You will have an understanding of the fundamentals of both Enterprise IT and cloud technologies.

- Drive the program management of multi-functional Google Cloud professional services projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance and verification, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.
- Define the overall governance model for the account and establish a cadence to manage the ongoing delivery of the plan.
- Manage the risks, issues, and actions for the accounts and regularly track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves.
- Influence stakeholders, drive the quality delivered by internal and external partner teams and project resources, and provide program leadership aligned to the program objectives.
- Take various project requirements and organize them into clear goals and objectives and break down large projects and processes into sub-projects and sub-processes that could be executed by other teams or partners.
