The US base salary range for this full-time position is $88,000-$126,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. - Apply data science techniques, including statistical modeling and analysis, to optimize sanctions screening rules, algorithms, and thresholds to improve accuracy and reduce false positives.
- Develop and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor the performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of sanctions screening operations and key risk indicators.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in screening data that may indicate emerging risks or opportunities for optimization.
- Utilize scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) and SQL to extract, clean, transform, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Present investigative findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including compliance, legal, and operations leadership.
