We are seeking a Director of Loyalty Strategy to join our growing team.  In this highly client-facing role, you will have the opportunity to partner with some of the world’s leading brands to drive loyalty innovation. You will provide loyalty strategy consulting to Bounteous clients, but you will also have an opportunity to support new business development efforts and other internal Bounteous growth initiatives.  You will work with and/or lead teams of Bounteous consultants and loyalty practitioners to develop and implement differentiated loyalty strategies that deliver meaningful value for our clients.   You will also work with the Bounteous Growth teams to find, scope, and win new business and contribute to the growth of Bounteous.
