About the Role:The Sr. Director, Client Success is a strategic leadership role focused on driving client engagement, business growth, and operational excellence. You will manage executive relationships, lead high-impact consulting engagements, and drive revenue expansion in large accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & GrowthBuild and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and senior executives.Drive account growth through strategic mapping, pipeline conversion, and revenue expansion.Lead large-scale proposals, RFPs, and business case development.Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Operational & Financial ExcellenceOversee high-quality client deliverables in pre/post-deal transactions.Manage profitability, margin expectations, and backlog growth.Drive utilization targets and ensure execution excellence.
Leadership & StrategyLead a high-performing team, fostering innovation and professional growth.Shape strategic initiatives leveraging industry and technology expertise.Develop thought leadership and establish industry eminence.
Requirements:15+ years in client relationship management, business development, and IT consulting.Proven track record managing $20M+ P&Ls and driving revenue growth.Background in B2B Telecom (Mobile, Internet, Network, IoT, 5G, Wireless).Experience leading RFPs, proposals, and technical solutions.Preferred experience in (some/all) MarTech, CX/DX Transformation, Gen AI, Cloud, and Managed Services.This role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful client engagements while shaping the strategic direction of the business.
