The Opportunity...We are seeking a Director, Learning & Development to fully own the execution of high-impact corporate learning programs. This role is ideal for a seasoned and strategic L&D Leader who has coached and developed leaders up to the Senior Director level, and who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on delivery. The Director will be responsible for translating the L&D strategy into action, designing and delivering development experiences that build critical capabilities across leadership, soft skills, and functional areas.
This is a player-coach role - equal parts strategist, facilitator, coach, and program manager. The Director must be able to influence across functions, collaborate effectively with partners, and take ownership of every aspect of program execution.
