Essential Duties:Use a customer-focused, consultative sales process to educate customers on what products/services will best fit their needsRespond to inbound phone calls and sales inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional mannerMaintain expert-level knowledge on the features and business applications of the company's product linePerforms other related duties as required
Required Skills, Abilities & Knowledge: Requires an excellent telephone and personal demeanorMust have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skillsMust be able to describe & remotely demonstrate products and match their advantages to customer needsMust be able to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeRequires the ability to work cooperatively on a team with other inside sales representativesMust have flexible availability to work any day and anytime of the week
