The Opportunity…We’re seeking a talented Junior Product Designer to join our innovative ad tech agency, where creativity meets data-driven strategy to power customer acquisition. In this role, you’ll help define digital experiences that balance user needs with business goals, creating high-impact, visually compelling designs that drive performance and engagement.
As part of a collaborative, fast-paced team, you’ll work across the entire design cycle— from wireframing and prototyping, A/B testing, design iteration, and analyzing site performance. You'll also play a critical role in supporting clients’ promotional offer updates, maintaining component libraries, and ensuring we meet brand and legal compliance across all deliverables. Your work will directly influence the look, feel, and functionality of our digital products.
We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking and creative execution, with a good foundation in both information architecture and visual design. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
