The Opportunity...We’re looking for a hands-on Software Engineering Manager to lead our high-performing Web Engineering team. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of 6 full-time engineers and 4 offshore contractors, building and maintaining dozens of high-velocity landing pages used in paid media campaigns across social and search. These pages are typically simple, high-impact one-pagers built for speed, scale, and conversion. You'll lead the engineering team that builds them, working closely with product managers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure our sites meet performance goals and business needs.
