About the role:
As a Channel Operations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing AvePoint’s Channel-focused platforms and initiatives that is instrumental in our channel business growth. This will include collaboration with cross-functional internal teams including product marketing and operations teams as well as external vendors. You will need to have a deep understanding of AvePoint’s Channel business, working to ensure that all Channel-focused platforms are functioning as expected, content is up-to-date and published in line with scheduled product releases, and any issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
