ROLE 

As an Influence Manager at Ogilvy Social.Lab, you'll be at the forefront of building brands social-first. You'll leverage your deep understanding of the influencer landscape, social media trends, and pop culture to develop and execute impactful influencer marketing strategies. You'll be a key player in connecting brands with communities through authentic and engaging content, driving real business results. You understand how influencers can be leveraged to support brand’s online but also offline. They also have an extended knowledge of social media from the features technicalities to the trends emerging on these ever-changing platforms.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Lead and manage influencer campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the brand's social-first strategy.
  • Develop innovative concepts and strategies that leverage cultural insights and emerging trends.
  • Identify, vet, and collaborate with influencers who authentically resonate with the brand's target audience and values.
  • Oversee campaign execution and monitoring, ensuring content quality and brand consistency.
  • Generate comprehensive post-campaign reports and analytics, demonstrating the impact of influencer marketing on business objectives.
  • Assist the Head of Influence with campaign planning and execution, contributing to the overall social-first strategy.
  • Stay informed on current social trends and the evolving influencer landscape, identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in the Belgian influencer market, building strong relationships with key players.
  • Manage daily communication with influencers, fostering collaborative and productive partnerships.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in campaign execution, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

 

PROFILE

  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer campaign management. Previous experience in an advertising agency is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Belgian social media landscape and beyond, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances.
  • Proficient in Dutch/French and English, both written and spoken. Dutch/French proficiency is a big plus.
  • Passionate about the quickly evolving digital and social media environment, with a finger on the pulse of emerging trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic team player, curious to grow and learn. Flexible and open to working in an agile environment. Hands-on approach.
  • Eye for innovation and identifying emerging platforms to integrate into influencer strategies.
  • Proven ability to mentor and support junior team members.
  • A strong understanding of data and analytics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
