What You’ll Do 

  • Responsible day to day management of accounts (including workflow, quality control, budget control & invoicing) and delights Clients with the quality of our work.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding business with existing clients by proposing new services or creative ideas.
  • Works to anticipate problems and improve performance of the Brand Team
  • Learns how to be a Brand Steward and applies it 
  • Write strategies and briefs that inspire great work 
  • Coaches and brings best practice in account service skills to the Brand Team 
  • Helps sell great work
  • Encourages a climate of creativity and innovation in the Brand Team 
  • Helps raise the profile of the Company in the professional & Clients’ communities 
  • Works with peers within the network to apply best practice 
  • Works with peers in other disciplines to produce integrated communications that build Brands 

What You’ll Need  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts, developing client relationships, and delivering successful campaigns.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
  • Passionate about the advertising and marketing industry.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing account budgets.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
