Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience planning infrastructure modernization as a technical consultant, technical pre-business engineer, or enterprise architect.
  • Experience in cloud migration, data center migration, disaster recovery, virtualization, application, servers assessment or discovery.
  • Experience in leading IT discussions and design cloud adoption plans.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in developing and implementing solutions on any public cloud as an enterprise architect or IT infrastructure consultant.
  • Experience with Kubernetes ecosystem, Relational Database Management System and NOSQL databases.
  • Experience with Operating System (OS), Linux system administration, or Enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of virtualization and networking concepts (e.g., Linux, hypervisors, network virtualization, open protocols, application acceleration and load balancing, DNS, virtual private networks) and their application to Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) technologies.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

In this role, you will work with the business team to introduce Google Cloud to customers. You will help prospective and existing customers and partners understand Google Cloud, develop creative cloud solutions, estimations, and architectures to solve their business issues and any technical roadblocks.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Inspire customers and peers to solve problems with solutions, leveraging a sophisticated set of technical competences.
  • Manage the Go-to-Market strategy from a technical perspective. Craft the strategy to transform the customers, identify customer technical objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers.
  • Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments. Help the Account team to close agreements.
  • Recommend migration strategies, enterprise architectures, migration tools, and cloud infrastructure required to complete solutions using on Google Cloud.
  • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events, as needed.
