Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.
  • Ability developing and understanding strategy.
  • Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executives.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Be a critical team member of the front office team who serves as the connective tissue across Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership team and critical/strategic imperatives.
  • Partner with the leadership team, their direct reports and cross-functional partners to communicate strategy and decision-making with the broader organization, and translate that strategy into tangible execution efforts.
  • Drive everyday business cadence, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), quarterly Town Halls, quarterly board meetings, OKRs, cross-team communications and decision-making to drive amplified business impact. Drive key communications and reporting across all levels of the GTM organization.
  • Manage all programmatic phases (e.g., Initiating, Planning, Monitoring/Controlling and Closing) of an initiative. You will provide support to the various GTM priority programs and projects.
