Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  • 2 years of experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Science.
  • Experience influencing executive leaders through data.
  • Ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and exec-level contexts.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Collaborate and influence across the team, sales, product, and marketing executives to align and deliver on strategy.
  • Build an understanding of retail customer needs and the competitive landscape to influence product strategy and go-to-market plans.
  • Work across product teams, regional sales teams, gTech and marketing to drive alignment on priorities, and lead execution of go-to-market strategy for key product launches.
  • Synthesize feedback from regional teams, sales teams, and advertisers and incorporate that feedback into product development efforts.
  • Travel globally to support and activate sales teams, through roadshows, internal and external meetings.
