The Position

We are seeking a Global HR Process and Data Analyst  to join our People Operations team. This role is instrumental in driving the standardization of HR processes, supporting local HR teams in aligning with global standards, and enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities using Power BI. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across regions to ensure streamlined operations and data-driven decision-making.

What You Will be Doing

1. Global Process Standardization:

  • Evaluate and document current HR processes across regions, identifying opportunities for harmonization and efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain global HR process standards while respecting local regulatory and cultural nuances.
  • Act as a central point of contact for process-related queries and ensure consistency across all HR teams.

2. Support for Local HR Teams:

  • Provide guidance and training to local HR teams to ensure adherence to global standards and best practices.
  • Partner with regional HR leaders to address unique challenges while aligning with global frameworks.
  • Serve as a resource for troubleshooting and improving local HR processes.

3. Reporting and Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain global HR reports and dashboards in Power BI, delivering insights on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, diversity, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify their reporting needs and provide actionable solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards

4. Data Governance and Integrity:

  • Ensure the integrity and reliability of HR data.
  • Conduct regular data audits and resolve discrepancies proactively.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with global HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to integrate systems and streamline reporting processes.
  • Participate in global HR technology implementation projects, providing insights on process and data needs.

6. Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains.
  • Stay informed about global HR trends and analytics tools to bring innovative solutions to the organization.

What We Need from You 

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, process improvement, or analytics, preferably in a global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of global HR processes and compliance considerations.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage with diverse, multicultural teams.
