As part of the Meesho growth team, we drive end-to-end structured growth for Meesho: from improving top of mind awareness to acquisition and activation of new users, all the way to engaging and retaining them, even resurrecting churned users.Beyond increasing the total active user base at Meesho, we are also the custodians of channelizing user intent in the most optimal way (managing homepage, leveraging deal constructs etc.), and increasing repeat preference for Meesho, through sale events and loyalty program.

About the Role
As Assistant Manager β Growth, your primary responsibility will be to find new problems and opportunities from a user first lens. You will continuously look at user insights, internal data, market data and outside in best practices to spot next bets for Meesho. You will then go deeper into specific problems / opportunities and size them, work with pods to take them forward.
You will also own key work streams like Brand Health, Platform User Intelligence and Market Intelligence to bring a landscape view for the growth team.
