Our primary responsibility, as the Business org, is to actively drive this mission from the frontlines. As an Associate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving NMV (Net Merchandise Value) growth through marketplace initiatives such as enhancing the browsing experience, improving the decision-to-buy process, and optimizing overall user journeys. For this, you'll work closely with Category, Product, Supplier Growth, User Growth, and Fulfillment & Experience teams.

About the Role
As Associate business Manager, you will be a part of the Business Strategy Pod and will work on key central projects that aim to deliver high business impact. The role involves a mix of strategy, identification of new opportunities, and program management. You will strategize and scale Meesho by developing collaborations between your team and product, tech, fulfillment, as well as other categories in business. You will also present findings and updates to the CEO and other senior leaders on a regular basis. Making impacts with data-backed innovative solutions is key to success in this role.
