About the Team

Being part of Meesho's Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team will zip you to the cockpit of our ever-burgeoning rocketship. And, you’ll shape the experience of Bharat’s next billion e-commerce users.

At Meesho, we’re trying to do what's never been done before – herald e-commerce into India's tier-2, tier-3 cities. Our team’s role in this ambitious mission is to reimagine logistics completely from the ground up. This means a host of "zero-to-one" projects (takers, anyone?) to build a supply chain that reimagines e-commerce in India and globally.

About the role

As an Assistant Manager - Loss prevention programs, you'll play a crucial role in identifying fraud trends, prioritizing risks, and implementing effective fraud & loss prevention solutions. You'll have complete autonomy in setting up processes necessary to drive these initiatives while collaborating closely with the product, operations, legal, and strategy teams. You'll develop real-time dashboards, design fraud prevention programs, and track key metrics to ensure success. Your role will also involve creating a strategic roadmap, engaging stakeholders, and continuously improving fraud control measures to stay ahead of emerging threats. The north star goal would be to set a gold standard of trust for Meesho among sellers, customers and our supply chain partners
