Because we hold end-to-end responsibility to launch and scale up categories, by ensuring the right selection, competitive pricing, conversion and we take this job very seriously.
About the Role
As Associate Director - Business your choices and solutioning will direct the way India shops. How? For starters, you will be a key stakeholder in shaping business org at Meesho, which is responsible for what sells on the app - categories, pricing, quality, brands - along with ensuring strong seller growth and experience.
You will also drive implementation with complete autonomy in terms of team building and implementation of processes that you set up. One of your key responsibilities will be to manage and own the overall P&L of the business unit that you lead. And if you need tech interventions for your solutions, you will collaborate with the Product, Tech, and Strategy teams too.
