About the Team:

Being part of Meesho’s Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team as Senior Manager will zip you to the cockpit of our ever-burgeoning rocketship. And you’ll shape the experience of Bharat’s next billion e-commerce users. We’re an eclectic mix of over 100+ professionals, all driven by the first principles of problem-solving. At Meesho, we focus on improving supplier experience from the supply chain point of view. Our ambitious targets drive us to reimagine ways of enabling the suppliers in the ecosystem at first mile pickup and returns delivery. About the Role:

We are looking for a strong, independent, and innovative problem solver to join Strategy & Operations team for Fulfilment & Experience. As a Senior Manager, Strategy & Ops, you’ll be responsible for identifying key problems, setting the priorities, coming up with solutions and driving implementation. You’ll get complete autonomy in terms of team and processes that you would want to set up. You’ll also be responsible for shaping up the right solutions in coordination with the product team in case your solution requires tech interventions.
