In fact, grocery is projected to be an $800B market in 2024 β of which, the majority contribution will come from non-metro cities. As Associate Program Manager(PM)- Category Marketing, you will lead Meesho towards becoming the preferred destination for groceries.
Our Grocery team at Meesho interacts closely with all stakeholders to develop the right strategies to penetrate the grocery sector in tier-2, tier-3 cities. Our team consists of highly energetic individuals who take complete ownership of their tasks and never shy away from going the extra mile. About the Role
As APM - Category marketing, you will work closely with the Growth, Category and Supply chain teams to successfully deliver on cross-functional programs with primary objectives being high customer adoption and wallet share capture. You will partner up with business leads to identify roadblocks/inefficiencies and come up with solutions on how to resolve them. You will collaborate with your teammates to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time through appropriate communication. You will ensure that plans are intelligently adjusted to reflect vital fluctuations in goals and requirements.
