Nebius owns a data center in Finland, built from the ground up by the company’s R&D team. We are expanding our infrastructure and plan to add new colocation data centers in Europe and North America already this year, and to build several greenfield DCs in the near future.

Our Finnish data center is home to ISEG, the most powerful commercially available supercomputer in Europe and the 19th most powerful globally (Top 500 list, June 2024). It also epitomizes our commitment to sustainability, with energy efficiency levels significantly above the global average and an innovative system that recovers waste heat to warm 2,000 residential buildings in the nearby town of Mäntsälä.

The role

As an Account Executive, Channel and Alliances, you will play a dual role in driving the adoption of our AI and cloud solutions across industries while also developing and managing a robust channel and partner ecosystem. This is a dynamic position requiring a strategic mindset, excellent relationship-building skills and a results-driven approach to outbound sales, partner enablement and collaborative go-to-market strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

Partner recruitment & onboarding:

  • Proactively identify and recruit new channel partners (VARs, MSPs, ISVs, SIs, etc., Technology Partners, Infrastructure partners) within the cloud industry.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, resources and knowledge to succeed.

Partner relationship management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners, acting as the primary point of contact for engagement and business support.
  • Work closely with partners to understand their business models, challenges and goals, and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Know when to bring in additional stakeholders

Outbound sales & lead generation:

  • Execute outbound sales strategies to engage potential partners and grow the partner ecosystem.
  • Qualify leads, develop sales opportunities and create outreach strategies to convert leads into long-term partners.

Performance tracking & reporting:

  • Input opportunities and accounts into Hubspot and update them weekly with next steps and insights.
  • Ensure we have no internal blockers getting deals closed.

Collaboration & strategy development:

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Participate in strategic discussions and initiatives to optimize partner programs and enhance partner success.

We expect you to have:

  • Proven experience: 2-7 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in AI, cloud or data infrastructure.
  • Technical acumen: Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI solutions and related technologies.
  • Sales expertise: Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas, closing deals with enterprise clients and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Problem-solving ability: Strong analytical skills to diagnose customer challenges and create tailored solutions.
  • CRM proficiency: Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar.

It would be a bonus if you had:

  • Previous experience in a high-growth, start-up environment.
  • Exposure to SaaS models or cloud infrastructure sales.
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise-level clients.

Compensation

We offer competitive salaries, along with equity options based on your experience, skills and location.

Range: 50/50 Split 65k – 80k base | 130k – 160k OTE
